Hi, I haven't posted to this group before as I spend my time in rec.bikes, (though if I had $250 I'd be back into running in a flash), but my girlfriend does a bit of running and has a problem. She's fit enough to do a slow hour's running, and I often 'bodyguard' her for runs when she finishes work late in the evening. On these occasions she hasn't eaten or drunk for 3 hours and is o.k. But day-time runs, even those in the morning on top of no food or drink, usually lead to the 'stich'. Any advice would be great (feel free to e-mail).
