Do you mean the Baylands at Caribbean Ave at the end of Lawrence Expwy,
and near Hwy 237?  I went there once and did not see any levies to run
on. There was a short course in the Baylands Park, but it was way too
short. I pass this park on my way home from work, so if there really
are levies to run on there it would be nice.

I occasionally run at the Shorline Park in Mt. View. I usually park in the
lot off the end of San Antonio Rd (just off Hwy 101). You can run
various loops at Shoreline to vary mileage. The main drawback is that
Shoreline is often very crowded, and can be very windy.
