The numbers you quoted may have included bisexuals but *you* dishonestly
attributed the number to homosexuals, as the quote above shows.

Irrelevant: you had said, "Seventy percent of the men with AIDS in the
US are homosexuals", not "Seventy percent of the men who were diagnosed
with AIDS in 2005."  These are two different sets of numbers.

As was pointed out to you, a rapid HIV test was introduced during this
time period and was being used in a demonstration project,
concentrating on people who were thought to be at high risk. This is
described in

Testing improvements often result in an increase in diagnoses during
the time frame the improvements are introduced.  Other factors can be
involved as well.

The reason people are disagreeing with you is simple - you continually
get the facts wrong.
