Postdoctoral position: Molecular population biology of Canary Island lizards A postdoctoral position for up to two years is available to work on the population biology of Canary Island lizards using molecular techniques including microsatellite screening and mtDNA sequencing. The post, for a non-British EC national under the Human Capital and Mobility Programme, is available immediately. Opportunities exist for field work in the Canary Islands and interaction with the international team of postdoctoral researchers and PhD students working on molecular population biology of island lizards in the Ecology Group in the University of Wales, Bangor. Further details can be obtained from Professor R S Thorpe, SBS, University of Wales, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2UW, or email r.s.thorpe@bangor.ac.uk, or prior to October 1st, c.j.gliddon@bangor.ac.uk or w.wuster@bangor.ac.uk -- Wolfgang Wuster School of Biological Sciences, University of Wales, Bangor, UK e-mail: bss166@bangor.ac.uk
