Hi,

We need to hydrolyse the homoserine lactone formed after CNBr cleavage of a
protein; has anyone got a protocol for doing this ? I suspect its an
alkaline hydrolysis I want, but I haven't got many ideas as to the exact
conditions ...

thanks a lot

Ben
