HELP: Authority of Aloe Capensis

Dear all,
   I am writing this letter to know the name of authority of Aloe Capensis.
There are an authority in  each Aloe species... for example, Miller in Aloe
ferex Miller,  Baker in Aloe perryi Baker, but I couldn't find it out in
Aloe capensis.
   I am sure that there must be someone who have knowledge about it.
