The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), an
international think-tank based in Paris, is contemplating posting job vacancy
notices to various Usenet conferences and Internet/Bitnet mailing lists.
Professional openings are typically for economists in a range of fields
including agriculture, development, education, energy, environment, labor,
social affairs, and technology, as well as in statistics, computing,
publications, and administration. Employment is limited to nationals of OECD
member countries (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Turkey, United Kingdom, United States).

It would be of great help to us if anyone who is interested in seeing
electronic posting of openings would reply by electronic mail to
grimes@oecd.fr, stating
- where you saw this note posted
- your profession or field of expertise
- your nationality
- your language abilities
- mailing lists and Usenet newsgroups you think we should post to, with a
description if the conference is obscure

Please do *not* send any resumes or applications. Thank you for your help.
