It's worse than you thought actually. ;)

They are buliding private prisons the Fed's are paying for, to house 
the dirt-poor suckers!  No kidding on that my best friend was in one 
for about a year and that was who almost all his inmates were.

My friend had water rights granted to his family in 1934 and some 
BLM bureaucrats wanted them back and pulled all sorts of shit on 
him in your name (US citizen) to get them back.. It's sorta like a 
treaty with the "Indians".
