I think some  schizophrenic is using a switchblade and is hiding under
travestism. Targets are carrier fields and people insulated by
antipsychotics, the relays over whom biological radio signals bounce.
I ve been sending emails about this for a long while, but the backup
email accounts wre STOLEN. Again. I KEEP COMPLAINING. This can be
linked to the Sterens algorythm right away. [Note that if some signal
is intended for some target and that target bounces the signal, SOME
processing in the enconding can be assumed; this means that the
modified message would be preceived differently on the next relay.
Given this hypothesis, what is an encoded signal only perceivable
internally by the brain matching the encoding keys would be turned
into an open signal tat can be heard by other sensitive people. As
metaphor, some headers would be stripped of by the insulated brain,
leaving a clearer signal to be transmitted by the next matching
brain...]

I insist that drugs cant be used in NY because of the Rockefeller laws
and the effectiveness of the FBI in destroying internal supply. The
argument is easy, relying in foreign supply in an unregulated black
market leaves producers and intermediaries without responsibility
toward the final consummer, leaving drugs open to be poisoned by
religious fanatics wanting to **prove** that (some) drugs turn people
into idiots. Producers selling for well integrated internal markets do
have an incentive NOT to provide dirty drugs as they would be found
right away by final cosummers noting the bad product. Pending
research, the hypothesis is that the internal or foreign origin of
drug supply has not been taken into account by studies on the impact
of drugs over criminality. The hypothesis is that once this origin is
taken into account, sring correlations between drug use and
criminality becomes weak, particularly causality statistical proofs.
