CALL FOR PAPERS
ASME Design Automation Conference
Albuquerque, New Mexico - September 19-22, 1993
___________________________________________________
The approaching 50th anniversary of the ASME Design Division gives
us an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the practice of
engineering design and design research. In an effort to foster
the ongoing development of design research, the ASME Design Automation
Committee strongly encourages suggestions, ideas and participation
from the world-wide engineering design community including those
in academia, industry, government agencies and national labs.
Special subcommittees have been formed to address new research
areas at the conference.
Technical areas of interest for paper submissions are listed below.
Papers in other design areas are also welcome. All papers should
be submitted (by submission dates listed below) ONLY to the conference
chairman, and the papers review chairman and co-chairman, as follows:
Prof. Brian J. Gilmore (conference chairman)
Dept. of Mech. Eng. - Room 208
Penn State University
