Can someone *please* tell me where I might get the schematics for 
a Sankyo CP-150 SCSI tape drive? Or a replcement PCB for one?

Whilst  I'm  at it, does anyone know anything about  Tecmar  Tape 
Drives? I have a Tecmar QT60i which is a Wangtek 5125EN (not EQ). 
It has it's own controller which is full length, and NOT the  PC-
