1-bit ADC /DAC are offered from:

	Anaolog Devices, Burr Brown, Motorola and others.

ADC require a fair bit of digitial signal processing like
decimation behind the convertor stage,
DAC require a fair bit of digital signal processing before
the convertor stage.

That is the reason, why one bit convertors are most often accompanied
with digital signal processing on one chip.
