I'm looking for the telephone number of a manufacturer or distributor of the PC ADDA-14 card (FPC-001). It is a 14 bit ADDA Card (PC PC/XT PC/AT), for high precision data conversion. It contains 2 channel 14 bit D/A (unipolar or bipolar) and 16 channel 14 bit A/D (unipolar or bipolar). We have the card, but want to buy another one and forgot where we got it from. It may have been a clone bought straight from Hong Kong or Singapore. The logo on the board says "Lytech." Any ideas on where I can get one or close equivalent?
