Sorry if this was just discussed -- is there an FAQ
on printed circuit board layout tools?

Where can we get public domain PCB layout software?
Preferably PADS-PCB for PC-compatibles...or something
similar with Gerber file outputs.

We're in San Jose, and just need to do one board...
could we borrow PCB layout tools from someone in
Silicon Valley?
