hello folks,


Here are  requests again.


1)  does anyone know of any software which segments text from graphics.

2)  does anyone know of any software which does MACHINE CHARACTER RECOGNITION.

I need this for a project we are working on which is does automated recognition
of engineering drawings.

Preferably the software should be in public domain and the source code 
available.

If anybody has any information on this please send it to my email address.
