Hello to all !

I'd like to ask you if you know any papers/documents/source_code in
internet about Blob (connected components) creation & analysis. I have
searched half of the internet (ok, this is a joke) but i found almost
nothing about Blob creation & analysis documentation; instead, i found
lot's of commercial programs/libraries with such things - but it is
impossible to me to pay 3000$-6000$ for these libraries ! Can anyone
help me, pls ?
