    I am currently developing some MS Windows/C code to preprocess a 
  316x200 256 color image, acquired from a video camera, using the
  SuperVideo Windows SDK. 

    My problem dealing with 16.7M possible colors has been challenging...
  I was wondering if anyone had any image thresholding and smoothing code
  that deals with this kind of situation?
