Not to get too picky, but actually, it's

Santa Ana Fwy - US101 south from I110 interchange (southbound lanes only),
then I5 south from Soto to El Toro 'Y'. (According to posted signs.) 
(Northbound lanes of US101 south of I110 are Hollywood Fwy.)

San Diego Fwy - I405 (entire length), then I5 from El Toro 'Y' south to San
Diego. 

In San Diego, I5 is usually referred to as simply "I5".
