Using the hotbot.com search engine with "exact phrase" setting, and searching for "pas d'accord que" or "pas d'accord qu'on" turns up numerous instances, including official transcripts of debate in Canada's Parliament, Quebec's National Assembly, and even the French Senate, as well as some official documents. I am surprised to hear that it is considered incorrect. Perhaps it's more common in Canada. I will crosspost to can.francais for reactions. -- Ocrat Chinese Pages http://www.ocrat.com/
