I am interested in extracting only the positive eigenvalues of a large (1000x1000) real, general matrix. My understanding of Lapack is that its eigenvalue routines compute ALL eigenvalues and then filter out the ones you want. Does anybody know of any public domain Fortran routines that extract only selected eigenvalues of a matrix? Thanks, Scott
