I have a list of EPA public access computer models which is very long but not quite exclusive because it doesn't mention some of the air pollution models which are contained in the Code of Federal Regulations, in the appendix. I also have a copy of Statistics by Example, By Terry Sincich, which describes quite a few (more than twenty) EPA studies. The simple analysis of the F statistic, chi square and student's t in Sincich is the gist of my prior experience. However, I possess a copy of Enders A. Robinson's Probability Theory and Applications and I have read it. I understand that there are different models because I have read the Robinson book but I do not have a better grasp of probability theory as applied because of it. I am thinking of designing a project to evaluate the EPA computer models but it would require the assistance of academics and professionals who could help me to apply the theory to these models (which would fill this gap in my academic background). Is there anyone on the network who could at least share some thoughts on getting started? Jeff Thomas
