Looking for Computer Aided Communication for Quadraplegic

I am looking for information about computer aided communication for the
following situation. Any information about a person, organization, or
corporation who could help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who recently became a quadraplegic. This condition was
caused by an aneurysm on or near the brain stem. "Paul" has full mental
capabilities and is very bright, but has absolutely no control over any
motor skill other than eye movement.
As you may guess, communication is a very difficult and frustrating for
him. The only current means of communication is by use of a letter code
where a person is needed to ask Paul letter groups then letters from the
group to spell out words. Paul uses his eye movement to signal when the
correct letter is selected. Aside from needing human intervention to
translate, it is a very slow process.

I apologize for posting this to so many news groups, but I don't really
know where to ask for help. Please email all responses since I don't read
many of the news groups to which I have posted.

  All help would by appreciated,
  Russ Lamoreaux
