EVERYBODY is potentially at risk! What a bunch of idiots. You all act as if this 'Impure' text is going to be the holy writ for a vile new empire. No chance. The 'PC' people are screaming about 'sensitivity' towards rape or whatever ... the hell with it. Deal with your own problems and keep the government and censorship out of it. What do you all expect ... 'Instant Civility' (as defined by the PC) ? Sorry, but it will not happen. If you want to change attitudes, it will take literally *generations*. Social and cultural issues cannot be rendered as empirical logical decisions. There is no 'right' way that any person can deviate from. If the 'Impure' author thought rape might be funny under some circumstances ... then he did. Tough shit. Who will offer proof positive that a severely predatory male-oriented universe is *not* the better way ? You cannot do it. Cultural matters are relative. Since this is a 'sci' newsgroup ... take it as a Darwinian thing ... the more children you father - by whatever means - the more your genes will be preserved for the future. In this context, 'Curly Pi' and his aggressive attitude will win out. Aesthetics pales against genetic survival.
