If Aliens had the technology to come to a distant planet to nest new
life only to be erradicated by our past state of technology (ie. stone
throwing) is a little sketchy.

And besides, if us humans have this all-encompasing knowledge that we
killed our God-like Alien predecesors, then we should learn from their
mistakes and spawn our creation diligently, smartly, and controllingly.

Don't be a pessemist with a lousy philosophy - its the worst.
