This is a lesser known field, and the only paper I have ever seen devoted to it was in the _Journal of Irreproducible Results_ (an issue in the mid-80's I believe -- I'm not sure I still have a copy of the paper). I do not recall the details, but I think Grossman's remarks may be more accurate when applied to quantum semantics, although I don't believe the quanta of meaning participated in *random* combinations either. -- Gary H.
