Try 1e12 kg as tethered at the moon's 2XL2, or if need be using the
more impressive 3XL2 tethered mass. Of course there's going to be a
few complex adjustments of tethered mass along the way towards
reaching and holding onto Earth's L1. Unfortunately, unless I can get
a cache of spare body parts, I will no longer be a part of that team
effort, that'll likely become the ultimate responsibility of the
second or third generation that'll by then be having to pay $100/
gallon and perhaps otherwise as much as $10/kwhr by the end of that
WWIII global warming century, that's likely going to take all the
shade via our moon that we can muster. Having established roughly
half the tidal factors to deal with, as such this alone should
otherwise greatly minimize the internal and surface related trauma of
friction induced global warming.

A good century should more than do the trick. Or, are you Third Reich
naysay folks in some kind of special Old Testament thumping hurry?

Now that's really getting silly, don't you think? I only need that
supercomputer along with its advanced 3D interactive orbital simulator
software for a few pesky refinements, and otherwise for generating the
usual nifty 3D spiffy graphics of show and tell, as in generating all
of that eye popping candy so that folks will not terribly mind having
to pay that 10% surcharge upon fossil and yellowcake energy.

It's all covered by my 10% excise tax that's added onto the end-user/
retail cost of all that's fossil or yellowcake energy. Of course,
this excise tax would likely have an affect of forcing the wholesale
cost of that energy to becoming as competitively low cost as
possible. Sorry about all that.

What's the Jewish naysay mindset matter this time? Is my excise of a
10% tax upon all such energy too much to ask for the total salvation
of mother Earth, and of benefiting most all known life that's
sequestered upon this badly polluted sucker?

How about if I gave you silly naysay folks a good piece of the action?

After all, I have a small list of other perfectly nifty things to do
with some of that loot.

BTW; what's the actual salvation of mother Earth worth these global
warming and local energy starved days?
