Hi Enlighten_Me, You told me:

  I don't know if I'm a god or not. I don't have any slaves. Any takers? ;)

Haven't you ever tossed a bone to a puppy ? Slaves are everywhere.

Speaking of not chosing to be born, You asked me:

How do you know that we were not souls at one time
who decided to be born onto this planet to live the human experience ?

There's Drunk_Ass metaphysics, like Mormonism,
and then there's sober-minded metaphysics like
General_Relativity and evolution.

The difference is in how somber and probable it is.

You were likely born because of some pseudo-decision you mom made,
she being a virtual slave to her society.
