How does Y. Porat explain the following ? Given two identical lasers, one beaming from a station on Earth to a geosynchronous satellite, the other from the satellite back to the station .. While the speed of the beam received by the satellite exactly matches the one received at the station, the Earth-bound beam has more inertia .. more energy .. more Mass .
