Postdoctoral position available January 2002 to study virus-host
interactions and the molecular mechanisms of negative-sense RNA virus
budding. Interactions between the matrix proteins of VSV, rabies
virus, and Ebola virus and the cellular ubiquitin/proteasome system
are of particular interest. Salary will be based on
current NIH stipend levels and will be comensurate with experience.
Applicants must have a Ph.D in Microbiology/Virology/Mol. Biol. or a
related
discipline. Experience in molecular virology is desirable.
