send a copy of this agreement to the Distric Attorney, in case
he has an interesting opinion.  You never know, you might get
a young guy who wants to make a name for himself and so something
socially useful like bankrupt one of our nasty , arrogant large
educational institutions.
   Otherwise, spend a hundred bucks and have a lawyer look at
this. I run an employment agency, and am not a lawyer. However,
my very strong gut feeling is that such an agreement would
be illegal, and if not a crime, it should be.
