A post-doctoral position is available at the Neuroimaging Laboratory,
Department of Radiology, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. The
successful candidate should have a background on Electrical or
Biomedical Engineering, or Computer Science, preferably with emphasis
on image processing and analysis, or computer vision. Experience on
medical imaging is highly desirable.

The position can be extended for up to 5 years. The successful
candidate will be part of a diverse research group including engineers,
radiologists, psychologists, physicists, and computer scientists, and
will build upon the group's previous work on brain imaging. The
research project will include the development and validation of
computational models and algorithms for neuroanatomy, using shape
analysis techniques. These techniques will be applied to ongoing brain
imaging studies for stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and aging, as well as
on studies examining the relationship between brain morphology and
function.
