Given that it could be launched from the United States and we couldn't do anything about it, why bomb anyone else for the missile being launched from their soil? I mean, it's possible that an independent engineering firm somewhere in the third world could come up with a "Big Dumb Booster" pressure-fed type ICBM or IRBM and launch it without the knowledge of that country's government. If it happened _here_, the country with allegedly the best military on Earth, we couldn't shoot it down. If it happened in Russia, it's possible that all of their radars point in the wrong direction to shoot it down. > Don't even bring up issues like Sea-launch or AIr-launch, > YOu'll amuse me too much. It worked for Starstruck, and they were on a shoestring budget. -- Phil Fraering "I did not eat Sir Eglemore. I only pgf@srl03.cacs.usl.edu chewed in self defense.
