The long directory path sorta can't be helped, since we have
upwards to 2000 pages at our site, and there is just no way
to manage that much stuff if it is all just dumped into the
root directory. This is particularly the case for a content
intensive site where folks might be coming in from the side
via a search engine and need some subdirectory guidance to
help them figure out where they are at....

And as for the < /spp/starwars > part of the pathname, I guess that
this is a bit more descriptive than something like < /spp/bmd/ >

Why should I be interested in attempting to hide my biases?
I think that it is far more honest to make it clear from the outset
where one is coming from than to pretend that one is taking an
"unbiased" look at something only to slant your content in some
particular direction.

I think that you will find that we have hosted and provided links
to content that portrays just about every perspective on this
issue, which is frankly a bit more than can be said for some of
the other sites devoted to this topic. We have a whole big bunch
of pointers over to the Heritage Foundation site, as well as
copies of testimony to all kinds of right-wing maniacs as well.

I defy you to find pointers to our site over at Heritage, or
to show me the left-wing maniac content that they are hosting ;-)
