Try to cross check with jpass from www.msfc.nasa.gov to see if the times match.

Also, bear in mind that with the reboosts that have been made, it takes some
time before those software programs get updated data on the new orbit, so if
you watch it, be there a few minutes early and late.

Last friday evening, the shuttle was scheduled to appear about 10 minutes
before the station, but it turned up about 5 minutes later.

However, generally, I had found Jpass to be quite accurate.
