We have been using our new oxford cryostream for the past two weeks and 
up until this point we have had no problems.  However, yesterday we 
started having a problem with ice blockages.  It seams that an ice blockage 
occurs and the flow slowly decreases until it is below 2 l/min at which 
point the system shuts down.  We intially had this same problem while 
using another dewar.  When we changed dewars we thought we had solved the 
problem, but it seems that we were wrong.

Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem.
