Hi. I used O to plot part of my molecule with density covered around. I first used "map_cover" command to create a volatile map and displayed on screen, then I tried to "plot" after plot_setup. However, the final plot created this way was not what was displayed on screen, rather it was that part of the molecule with the densities in a larger box, i.e. it included unwanted density and not as expected as created by "map_cover". I appreciate it if anyone can help this out. P.S. Would you reply to my account since I do not read this newsgroup very often.
