Hi,

Has anyone tried to make all atom peptides with capping groups in CNS
1.0? If so, did you run into the problem of missing parameters, that is
the topology and param file not being compatible? When I try and patch a
C terminal cap (CTN) I am missing an angle and an improper, angle, using
the default all atom param and topology files.

Thanks for any help,

Alain Laederach
