It is the way whoever is keeping your personals has it set up.  I am only
reading alt.personals.ads, and  have no way to even see ba.personals 
(ba) is a local specific set of groups.  Whoever adminsters those groups
has assigned messages posted within certain groups to fall into the
(ba) group.  Granted this message (and probably mine for that matter)
shouldn't be posted to all the groups on the header, but people should
quit bashing people for posting in their "local" groups.  The posters
don't even know those groups exist and couldn't see them even if they
did.  Complain to your own administrators to tone down where the 
feeds come from.  This is just wasted bandwidth on a needless flame
by Dr. Mancini on a subject that is completely beyond everyone who
is here's control!
