Right, and pay $200 for a new power supply when your proprietary one goes out ($40 for UL approved industry standard) or up to $1000 for a new mother board worth $100, and forget about upgrading. Hope you like to negotiate on the phone and send stuff back and forth by UPS when something goes wrong. The important thing is to find a local builder with a good reputation for supporting business. The product will be higher quality, and it can be repaired and upgraded economically. In the U.S., the largest "brand name" share through the dealer channel has about 9% (Acer). "House brand" machines have a 38% share - for very good reason - they are better for the client, and better for the dealer. I have been installing systems for small businesses for about 12 years now, and I can't even remember the last time a client asked for a "brand name" machine.
