I hope it is a move that will benefit the users ultimately.

Yes, and people are still telling you that for the past few months, they are still encountering problems such
as Sound Card not compatible. It is not the two years ago you stated in you previous posting. Please
acknowledge that fact and do something about it. Don't hide it.

The intention is good, audience, please acknowledge this too.

Yes, but please solve the existing pples problems. If they have a problem and voice it here, will you
acknowledge them and solve it? No use telling them it's their fault or it's two years ago before I join the
company, or keeping quiet about it. Face the problem as an organization and solve it.

If they are stating facts, what can you do? Audience, please restrain from using vulgarities and please quote
facts.

I and not posing any insults either. I am in a position in my organization that allows me to select the
vendors and products for the organization. And one of the most important criteria is Customer Services. I am
legally entitled to WRITE YOU OFF if you do not provide adequate after sales support, right? I'm not saying
that all the other vendors that I select are tip top. I've changed many vendors because of Customer Services.
I don't mind paying a couple of hundred more for each workstation if it means workable solutions and the
machine doesn't bother me for the next 2 years. For higher end products, I pay a lot for installation charges
just to make sure that the product is workable, although my staff could do the installation themselves.

That's a good start, but please don't brag. Having a C.S. server may bring you more business, if you use it a
a selling point. I'm sure you did not convince your management to set up a C.S. server to solve the existing
problem, but telling them about the business potential. So, this is just a by-product.

And must we be sooooo touch by your gesture?

somehow, I feel INSULTED by the way the THANK YOU is shouted.

I avoid using the term victims, as many posters here are not victims themselves. A lot are just mere
audiences.

I sincerely advise ARIS computer to face the problems and admit faults if the fault lies with them, and be
sincere in their apologies. Maybe you should change your sub-contractor for servicing. I also sincerely advise
the people from using vulgarities when voicing their displeasure. Please stick to facts when you
complain/report a problem.

THANK YOU
