Well, let's see I'm a librarian. Comp.techreports is a news group you may want to get on or countless cd-rom newsgroups. As the business administration specialist here at Langley my needs aremy customers needs and i get on newgroups that will fill my customer's needs. But I'd like to pose this question. I need to write a collection development/management policy for our special library (basically aeronautics), does anyone have any suggestions?
