I'm a running yellow dog democrat and as liberal as one could be and 
don't think political opinion pieces belong in general groups either, 
I already read alt.politcs, ca.politics, alt.impeach.bush, 
sdnet.politics and others I'm forgetting right now... political posts 
really aren't appropriate in sdnet.general.
