The two are similar because of race, and I apologize, as I was interpreting your question as being a smart-ass attempt at insulting me by using the outdated white-Southerner stereotype. There's been too much of that rude foolishness lately and I had interpreted your question as more of the same. Now if only the judicial activism fool-and-troublemaker fans would be ethical enough to insist on amendments in other cases where they did not like the way the Constitution currently is written...
