ROFLMAO! Who writes this stuff? Southern California is a monument to the "growth is good" corrupt government and a sort of Peter Principal of urban "planning" that has held that urban sprawl and bigger, wider freeways are the solution to an ever-growing population. Saying Southern Californians subscribe to a strong environmental ethic is like saying that the Pope supports birth control and family planning. Thanks for the laugh!
