when things outside of their control contributes to their illness
It would be one thing if global warming produced one degree warmer air in
our region twice a month. But our air is averaging five to ten degrees
warmer most days now. I remember when there use to be winter. More sun won't
prove global warming isn't happening. With the accumulation of gases often
come particulate pollution . Whether particulate pollution filters out the
warming don't mean anything because they are both harmful. Anyway about
which I was saying, if things are causing my illness that is way beyond
acceptable and not something within my control , why can't lawyers sue? We
are getting more and more days of particulate pollution and global warming.
The press in our area ignores it? How much proof do you need when I was
complaining for five years , global warming keeps increasing. Our winters
have more or less turned into fall days, trees are dying by the hundreds (
yes really) and I have trouble breathing as soon as particulates reach
moderate. Now if this wasn't happening as often I can see it but it is. We
are number one in country in asthma, we get more cancers and heart disease.
We also get more days of particulates if you had followed for a year. At
some point if no one talks about it, what are they hiding? I think there are
laws where you can't sue the polluters thanks to our President so many
people are left with shortened life spans and torture from asthma..
