and parts of west coast are not protected. If you go to airnow website the 
last year you will see how unfair they are made to breathe polluted air. Is 
this protection for the people equally or is this just what happens when the 
rich get richer and poor made to inhale and get murdered. Its come to this, 
the lines are crossed...

Pa has to be grateful to get one clean air day below 30 for particulates and 
when it happens the air is clean and people are out but its sooo unoften and 
its sooo unfair and unhealthy when its not clean Of course many places get 
clean air
