Not really. If I was going to become legalistic I would have accused you
of libel, as this is a broadcast media as well as one which is rendered
in a durable form. I was using slander in the context of its second meaning
in the Concise Oxford Dictionary. Here it states:

Slander
2. v.t. Utter ~ about, defame falsely.

The burden of proof is yours Iain. You alleged I described a
pro-euthanasia WWW resource as unbiased, thereby defaming my
reputation for impartiality on other resources I author, which are
unbiased. Should you bring forth evidence supporting your allegation,
it will be I who apologises. Until then I can only assume that you
defamed me falsely.

I await either the evidence, or an apology.

On the off chance you are seriously considering escalating the issue via the
legal system, please note that others have already attempted it previously,
to their extreme detriment. The Internet is a great media for fun and
education but off the Internet the fun stops and education can be very
expensive.
