Oh, I think we smokers will be in reasonable numbers enough to ignore
the "self-policing" aspects of the law.

And someone like myself will simply laugh, light another one and tell them
to call a cop. The look of surprise on their face usually brings another
laugh.

So forget it....I WILL smoke in bars AND restaurants come Jan 1. Indeed,
I will likely smoke MORE now, all because of the stupidity of city
council.

Well, this law is a none-starter....I simply will continue to smoke in bars
and restaurants. And you can bet just as soon as one of lights up, another
one will...and another etc etc.

And you won't notice any difference from Dec 31 to Jan 31!
