No, it's not sarcasm. Reagan accepted several million dollars
from the Japanese for some pr after he left office...Clinton
got the best trade agreement we've had yet with them...and
despite what Rush might have you believe, the deal does have
some teeth...even if they are not as sharp as some might have
liked. President Clinton gets things done. And he has a lot
of shit to contend with that his predecessors didn't have...
like hostile media (Rush, Liddy et al), a hostile congress
(including that intellectual giant Sonny Bono)...and the
damage done to the economy by 12 years of Reaganomics.
