Here in the Dallas area, a Plano (north of Dallas) restauranteur claimed on
a (left-wing!) radio talk show the other evening that he has experienced a
20% drop in revenues since Plano outlawed smoking in public places.

Personally, I think he's exaggerating.  It's probably only 10%....
